Cabaña Las Lilas is much more than a restaurant: it is a place where the tradition of Argentine beef meets warmth and hospitality to create unique moments.
Since 1995, in the heart of Puerto Madero, we have combined history and quality in every experience.
Our legacy began in 1912 with Alfredo Hirsch and his commitment to excellent livestock farming. With dedication, Las Lilas established itself as a pioneer in beef genetics, premium beef production, and the export of vacuum-packed boneless cuts.
Thirty years ago, this tradition joined the Rubaiyat Group from São Paulo, led by Belarmino Fernández Iglesias. This union gave rise to a space where meticulous selection of raw materials and impeccable service are the standard.
Thus was born a unique space, where the livestock tradition of Las Lilas merges with culinary excellence, offering a selection of Argentine – Brazilian style cuts that delight every diner.

LATIN AMERICAN ART THAT COMBINES PAST AND PRESENT
Las Lilas Museum from Areco preserves and disseminates Latin American art and cultural expressions linked to rural Argentina, combining past and present.
Its mission is to preserve and interpret this heritage to strengthen national and regional identity, offering excellent proposals for the benefit of the community.
